Volunteer Resource Management

Volunteer Resource Management (VRM) was developed for a governmental foundation that is responsible for allocating volunteers.
The first screenshot below shows our comprehensive list with rich functionalities including a smart search filtering engine, easy access to sending emails, letters integration to word processor, and the like. The second view includes a dynamic bubble data visualization to represent volunteers working status. This enables the management to have an overview of all the available/non-available volunteers to be allocated to the current needs.
